Set the Seas! Let’s head out to the beach! If winds are great, we’ll launch quick and start our paddle out to Crab Cove.

Be on time to class! Winds can change at any time and there are many transitional parts to class on the water. Participants are asked to assist with clean up and this may run class over.

Wear swim suit and sunscreen to class.

Bring change of clothes.

Use the bathroom prior to class.

Meet inside of Mike’s Paddle.

Use the cubbies to store clothes and items. They are safe in Mike’s Paddle.

All participants must wear PFD at all times until final transition off the dock.
