Last practice of the session blends land and water as we say thank you to Oshun for holding our energy, keeping us safe.  We will take a beautiful hike at Shoreline Trail: Salt Marsh Overlook

Nature Arts Today!  If you have a cellphone, bring it!  Its ok if you dont, you will do more hands on nature work!

Wear:

• Comfortable hiking shoes/sneakers

• Layers

• Bring:

• Extra shoes and socks (just in case)

• Favorite walking stick/walking poles
