Back to the water! Today we are kayaking solo after a ground stroke school review water entry/exit and clean up we will paddle in the lagoon to learn Oakland donuts and paddling backwords!
Wear-
Bathing suit under clothes to practice. If participant is planning to use a wetsuit, limit frilly suits.
Rash guards are great for cover up and protection.
Aqua socks or strap back sandals are recommended.
Sunscreen/hat
No crocs on the dock!
Bring-
Water bottle (strap or carabiner is highly recommended)
Towel
Change of dry clothes
Parents: Arrive early if changing before practice is not feasible. Bathrooms are across from the corner of the SUP shop. Please allow for transition time before and after practice. Participants should use the bathroom, apply sunscreen and have bathing suits on prior to the start of practice. The shop is small, please do not bottleneck during transition. Allow for +10 mins for changing at the end of practice.
