What to wear > A bathing suit. Arrive to practice wearing your bathing suit UNDER your clothes. If you don’t have a bathing suit, anything form fitting that you don’t mind getting wet will work fine. Shorts and a tank top or sports bra will do.

What to bring >Towel(s), beach shoes/sandals, snack, lunch, water bottles, sunscreen, mask 😷, hand sanitizer, hand wipes, change of clothes, dry bag for wet clothes
