We are setting a consistent rhythm and pace on ground, then move to air.

  • Stretching

  • Jump rope

  • Ladders

  • Jump box

  • Skipping

  • Speed drills

    Wear: Athletic sneakers, wrist watch, athletic clothes
    Bring: Water bottle, healthy snacks, journal, sweatshirt for warm down (do not leave gym sweaty)
