Bowling Night! Let's have fun tonight at the bowling alley!  Practice is a little earlier 6p-7:45p. I will be there already, so feel free to come early and get shoes.

Complete new Bridges Waiver Form

Our first practice on problems will be at Bridges tonight!  Come ready to climb, train and show all the effort to your peak!  

Set a goal of climbing 10-20 boulder problems tonight.  No more than a 2min rest between each problem. Warm up together as a group, progress low to high.  Bragging rights and boba on coach for climber w/most problems finished tonight!!

Wear: Appropriate climbing clothes/athletic clothes

Bring: Climbing shoes, chalk bag, water, snacks!

This cycle lays the foundation of your training focus for the season by evaluating how the 5 Fundamentals and 5 Footwork principles are elevating your climbing.
